Application of Livestock Waste Liquid Fertilizer and Mychorriza Biofertilizer on The Growth of Biduri (Calotropis gigantea)

<p>Biduri (<em>Calotropis gigantea</em>) was a plant with several benefits, namely as medicinal and textile material. Biduri wild that could grow in various types of soil conditions. The existence biduri still not fully utilized by many people. So it necessary to develop the cultivation technology take advantage this plant. This research conducted at field laboratory Jumantono, Faculty Agriculture, Universitas Sebelas Maret, Karanganyar, used factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD), which consisted 2 factors, organic liquid fertilizer from livestock waste mycorrhizae. Livestock consists 40ml/kg cow urine, goat rabbit fish waste. Mycorrhizae 0 grams/plant, 5 10gram/plant, 15gram/plant. There were 20 treatment combinations repeated 3 times, so total 60 combinations. interaction between mycorrhizae did significantly affect all physiological observation variables. results showed application had no significant effect on observations Giving shows can increase number stomata width aperture.</p>
